Emotion Recognition from Acted and Spontaneous Speech

Dizertační práce se zabývá rozpoznáním emočního stavu mluvčích z řečového signálu. Práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních častí, první část popisuju navržené metody pro rozpoznání emočního stavu z hraných databází. V rámci této části jsou představeny výsledky rozpoznání použitím dvou různých databází s různými jazyky. Hlavními přínosy této části je detailní analýza rozsáhlé škály různých příznaků získaných z řečového signálu, návrh nových klasifikačních architektur jako je například „emoční párování“ a návrh nové metody pro mapování diskrétních emočních stavů do dvou dimenzionálního prostoru. Druhá část se zabývá rozpoznáním emočních stavů z databáze spontánní řeči, která byla získána ze záznamů hovorů z reálných call center. Poznatky z analýzy a návrhu metod rozpoznání z hrané řeči byly využity pro návrh nového systému pro rozpoznání sedmi spontánních emočních stavů. Jádrem navrženého přístupu je komplexní klasifikační architektura založena na fúzi různých systémů. Práce se dále zabývá vlivem emočního stavu mluvčího na úspěšnosti rozpoznání pohlaví a návrhem systému pro automatickou detekci úspěšných hovorů v call centrech na základě analýzy parametrů dialogu mezi účastníky telefonních hovorů.
Tax Implications of Company Transformations

Diploma thesis deals with on the transformation of business companies with focus on the tax implications of these processes. At the beginning of this thesis is described theoretical basis of the thesis in which clarified the characteristics of individual companies, transformations of copmpanies and law, accounting and tax aspects of transformations of these companies. The own proposals make a model example which is focused on the merger of two limited liability companies and the defining of their accounting and tax implications of this transformation.
Strategic Analysis of Company and Next Steps Recommendation

The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the previous and current situation of the K. s.r.o. company market position, including a comparison of the strategic administration of the former and new management. A complete strategic analysis was performed in the analysed company - i.e. external and internal analysis of the company including the evaluation of risks and results of the financial analysis. Thanks to the strategic analysis of the K. company, important information was gained, necessary for the subsequent evaluation of the previously and currently implemented company strategy. The result of the thesis is an evaluation of conclusions and determination of recommendations which will lead to a general improvement of the current position of the company and to maintaining its competitive strength.
Automatic Evaluation of Multi-Biometric Systems

The objective of the bachelor thesis is evaluation of multi-biometric systems and types of fusion on biometric data. First part explains terms from biometric and multi-biometric systems. Next part describes concept and implementation of individual parts of application. Last part contains experiments with developed application on test data. Purpose of testing was to confirm, that application can find type of fusion with better results.

I engage in my dissertation thesis "Formation of strategy alliances into the segment of Information technologies" with problem of strategy alliance development into sector of information and communication technologies. Strategic alliances become an important factor impacting to the company behaviour, company competition advantages, new markets entering and dealing, sales strategy and channels definition as well as the form of marketing communication decision. The companies are deciding between two basic forms of behaviour, at current days. First form is focused to the independent strategy of compete fight, the second one is fosuced to the strategy of cooperation based on strategy allicances. I occupe by the questions delimitating development of strategy alliances, defining reasons and occasions of their establishement as well as current situation at this field, delimitate role and contribution of strategy partnership and aslo problems of practise application. The dissertation thesis are focused on the fullfilment of two basic goals, the congnitional and the inventive goal, buz first of all to the confirmation and/or disconfirmation of setted hypothesis. Due to the first congnitional goal I am analysing problems of multinational ICT companies strategy aliance development and then generalizing the problem. Due to the second inventive goal I am setting new metod of strategy aliance development. The sets hypothesis, as the main target of this work, openned the questions whether is possible to define the major tools and factors of strategy aliance success? If is possible to define the basic principles of strategy cooperation? Whether is possible to create simply applicable and in the same time higly effective method of strategy allicance developing?
Tax Impacts of Business Corporation Transformation

This diploma thesis is aimed at transforming commercial companies, which are enshrined in Law No. 125 / 2008 Coll., on transformations of companies and cooperatives. The theoretical part deals both with individual corporate conversions and the legal and accounting aspects of these conversions, and in particular the tax implications. The practical section lists the two most common cases of corporate transformations, namely divisions and mergers. This section serves to identify important knowledge and information related to the corporate transformation process. The third part of the diploma thesis deals with the assessment of practical cases.
Application Demonstrating Multi-Biometric Fusion

This work is focused on biometrics, multi-biometrics, normalization and fusion in multi-biometrics systems and their performance evaluation. It contains a brief introduction to the problem and an overview of the techniques. The aim is to design and then implement an application demonstrating the performance of systems that fall into the category of multi-modal biometric systems. Furthermore, the experiments with the database templates of multi-biometric system and the conclusion summarizes the results.

The Existence of a Synergistic Effect in Consolidating Entity

This thesis is focused on the issue of achieving synergistic effect in a consolidating entity. Consolidation unit and proposed financial indicators for monitoring the synergistic effect of the parent company and the consolidated group are defined based on the theoretical findings. Based on the analysis of these indicators is evaluated whether the synergistic effect is achieved.
Assessing the Synergistic Effects of the Selected Consolidated Entity

The thesis focuses on the methods of assessment of synergies established in a consolidated entity. The text includes a definition of a consolidated unit based on theoretical grounds and a draft set of indicators suitable for the analysis of the achievement of synergies. Synergies are monitored through a comparison between the consolidated unit and the mother company made in several selected areas. Results of the analysis of the draft indicators are assessed to determine whether synergies were achieved.
